This restaurant represents gluten-free heaven! From the crispy, chewy, salty Gf breadsticks (replacing the breadbasket) to our own made-here bakery and frozen food selection, this is the place for celiacs. It is one of the only places in the Tri-state area where you can order authentic Neapolitian pizza in thin and thick crusted versions,that's gluten-free. Along with huge fresh salads, Italian grilled sandwiches called panini and a full line of baked goods all made there and all GF. The owner, Joseph Pace, goes to great lengths to bring celiacs delicious four-star "comfort" foods at a reasonable price. He offers a wide range of fantastic gluten-free dishes, many of which feature a special creamy Italian rice served often in northern Italy called "risotto" our specialty. The menu is clearly written and indicates with the "g" every dish that is gluten-free. Vegetarian & sugar free options pop up as special additions to the main menu. When you're finished with your delicious meal, check out the selection of dry mixes and frozen GF foods to take home. Currently you can find pizzas, ciabatta , pizzas & chocolate chip cookie dough, soups, sauces and holiday pies, both sweet & savory.
