Finally there's a GLUTEN FREE ciabatta that you won't be able to tell the difference between a wheat ciabatta.Our ciabatta lasts fresh up to a week, freezes well too, has great texture and taste and it's GLUTEN FREE .Good for regular sandwichmaking or pressed, up to you, turns out a killer garlic bread too, cheese steaks, or a warm bread basket addition at dinnertime.We have it everyday on bleecker street, soon by UPS. Were not sleeping that much anymore.
